Meet The Team

Rebbecca holds a Bachelors in Nursing from New Mexico State University, an MS in Nursing, and a master’s in healthcare administration from the University of Phoenix. Additionally, she holds a PhD in nursing education from Nova Southeastern University and is currently pursuing her FNP post-master’s certificate from the University of Texas at Arlington. Her nursing career spans over 27 years, with particular experience in emergency, trauma, preoperative, post-anesthesia, surgical intensive care, pediatric ER, and pediatric ICU. Rebbecca has been a nurse educator since 2011 when she joined the Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center faculty team. She then served at Texas A&M University-Commerce as their BSN Coordinator, and Simulation Director and taught in an array of classes. She joined the LeTourneau University School of Nursing team in the Fall of 2024. Moreover, Rebbecca is an NCLEX specialist for the Assessment Technologies Institute (ATI). Her professional memberships include the Texas Nurses Association, American Nurses Association, Emergency Nurses Association, Society for Simulation in Healthcare, the National League for Nurses, and Sigma Theta Tau (Omicron Delta Chapter). Rebbecca is a Certified Healthcare Simulation Educator.
